Established in 2012, AAS Technical Services began as a small AC and plumbing call-out team in Dubai. The founding problem was ordinary: a villa leak needed a plumber, then a waterproofing contractor, then a ceiling repairer, then a painter — four appointments, four invoices, and nobody owning the result. We built one fully licensed and registered technical company so those trades sit in one van, one quote and one warranty.
The philosophy is unfashionable on purpose. We inspect before we price. We write down what is included. We refuse to paint over a live leak or recharge a unit that is still losing gas. Dubai heat, dust and humidity punish shortcuts; a cheap membrane or a skipped drain flush shows up again in a season. Our technicians are trade-qualified for the work they do, and jobs that sit across two trades are handed internally rather than left as the client’s problem.
We cover villas, apartments and light-commercial premises across Dubai — Marina, Jumeirah, Downtown, the ranch communities, JVC, Al Barsha and the rest of the emirate — and we take selected work elsewhere in the UAE when the scope is clear. Landlords use us for annual contracts. Families use us for the Saturday list. The standard is the same: arrive in the window, leave the house tidy, and stand behind the work in writing.
How we work

Call or WhatsApp with the issue, the community and a photo if you have one. A coordinator replies the same day with a visit window — not an open-ended “sometime this week”. Emergency plumbing, electrical and AC faults are moved to the front of the board. You speak to a person who already knows whether we handle that trade.

A technician attends, looks at the actual fault, checks access, isolation and what sits above or behind the finish. We photograph anything that changes the price. If the stain on the ceiling is a bathroom leak upstairs, we say so on the spot rather than quoting a paint job that will fail. Inspection is free for standard residential and most commercial work.

You receive a written figure before any work starts: labour, materials, duration, and what is not included. We wait for your approval. There is no “we found something extra” performance on the day unless a genuine hidden defect appears — and then we stop and re-quote, we do not just add a line.

We finish the work, test it with you in the room, tidy the area and confirm the workmanship warranty in writing. Material warranties follow the manufacturer. You keep a named contact for the callback, not a general inbox. If something we did is not right, we come back and make it right.

The person who arrives is trade-qualified for the job on the ticket — AC, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing or finishing — not a general helper learning on your consumer unit. We work daily in occupied Dubai villas and apartments, so the habits are the same: shoe covers, isolation, and a clear explanation of what was found. Credentials are available before the visit if a landlord or building needs them.
Most booked visits are same-day or next morning. You get an arrival window, and we message if traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road is going to break it. AMC clients sit at the front of the queue. After-hours attendance is reserved for live leaks, electrical faults and failed cooling in peak summer — not for a shelf that can wait until Saturday.
The quote is itemised. You approve it. We do not invent extras once the tools are out. If a hidden defect changes the scope, we stop and write a new number. Consumables and major parts are listed separately so you can see what you are paying for. No membership tricks, no “from” prices that only exist in an advert.
Every completed job carries a written workmanship warranty and a named contact. If a joint we made weeps, or a patch we closed opens, we return and put it right. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through as they stand. We would rather decline a job we cannot stand behind than issue a warranty we will not honour.
