Air conditioning is not a comfort extra in Dubai — it is how a home stays liveable for most of the year. When a split unit ices up, a cassette drips onto a false ceiling, or a villa package unit trips on a hot afternoon, the problem rarely waits for a convenient weekend. Weak airflow, a warm room on one floor, a breaker that will not hold, or a sudden jump in the DEWA bill are the usual first signs that a system needs more than a filter rinse.
AAS Technical Services diagnoses and repairs split wall units, concealed ducted systems, cassette units and package plants found across Dubai villas and apartments. We start with a proper check: supply and return temperatures, refrigerant pressures, electrical draw, drain condition and the state of the outdoor coil. Guesswork top-ups without finding a leak are how the same unit fails again in a month. If gas has escaped we locate the leak, repair it, evacuate and recharge to the manufacturer charge — we do not just add a few pounds and leave.
Seasonal maintenance is cheaper than emergency replacement in July. A service visit covers coil cleaning, drain flushing, capacitor and contactor checks, thermostat calibration and a written note of parts that are ageing. We stock common capacitors, drain pumps, sensors and filters so many repairs finish on the first visit. For older systems we will tell you honestly when repair no longer makes sense, and we will not sell a replacement you do not need. Work is tested with you in the room so you can feel the airflow and see the temperatures before we close the job.

Questions about ac repair & maintenance
If the leak is accessible and the system is otherwise sound, yes. We will not recharge a unit that is still leaking. Larger coil replacements may need a parts run, which we schedule immediately.
