About this service
A villa pool in Dubai is under UV, dust and irrigation overspray every day. Leave the chemistry for a fortnight in summer and the water turns dull, the walls slime, and the sand filter packs. Leave it longer and you are draining, acid-washing and arguing with a green pond. Pumps that run dry, salt chlorinators that scale, and decks that drain back into the pool after a sandstorm are ordinary problems — they just need a technician who treats the pool as plant, not as a lifestyle photo.
AAS Technical Services maintains private pools on a visit rhythm that matches use: weekly in peak summer for most family villas, fortnightly in the milder months if the load is light. Each visit covers testing and adjustment of pH, chlorine or salt output, alkalinity and stabiliser, emptying baskets, brushing walls, vacuuming, and backwashing when the pressure says so. We check the pump, strainer, filter and visible unions for leaks. A short note tells you if a salt cell is scaling, a gasket is tired, or the water level is vanishing faster than evaporation.
We also take one-off recoveries — green water, cloudy water after a party, or a pool that sat closed while the family travelled. Recovery is quoted separately from routine care because it can need extra filtration time and chemicals. Tile line cleaning, minor mosaic repairs and advice on deck drainage sit alongside the wet work. If the pool is losing water into the surrounding soil we investigate rather than just topping up. Chemistry logs stay with you so the next technician, or you, can see the trend.

Questions about swimming pool maintenance
Weekly through the hot months is the sensible default. Lightly used pools can move to fortnightly in winter. We would rather visit less and keep it right than sell a weekly contract you do not need.
