Deep Cleaning

A weekly maid service keeps surfaces presentable. It does not lift the film on kitchen cabinet tops, the limescale inside a shower screen, the dust baked onto AC grilles, or the grit that sits in balcony tracks through a Dubai summer. After a tenancy, a renovation, or a year of ordinary living, the house needs a different kind of clean — one that works room by room with the right chemistry for marble, ceramic, glass and stainless, not a single pine-scented bucket for everything.

AAS Technical Services provides deep cleaning for move-in, move-out, post-renovation and seasonal resets. Kitchens are degreased inside hoods, hob sides and cabinet edges. Bathrooms are descaled, silicone is assessed, and glass is finished without smears. Floors are vacuumed and mopped by type. Windows, tracks, skirting, switch plates and accessible balcony furniture are included in a full brief. We can add mattress, upholstery or kitchen-appliance interiors when you ask for them at quote stage.

This is not a substitute for duct cleaning, tank cleaning or mould remediation — those are separate technical jobs and we will say so if the 'dirt' is actually contamination. For landlords, a move-out clean with photos is often what stands between a deposit argument and a clean handover. We bring our own machines and cloths, use products that will not etch marble, and leave the property dry and ready to occupy. Crew size is matched to the floor area so a villa is not still being finished at midnight.
