How we work in Business Bay
Business Bay mixes offices, hotel apartments and residential towers along the canal. Many units were handed over as shells and then fitted in a hurry — undersized boards, lighting circuits carrying kitchen loads, and bathrooms with a single coat of waterproofing. Daytime access is easier than the Marina; evenings are when residents are home. We do a lot of after-hours electrical and AC work here so offices are not shut in the afternoon.
